In 1996 Casto created an affiliated company to focus on the emerging lifestyle development business. Casto Lifestyle Properties (CLP), headquartered in Sarasota, Florida has become a leader in this niche of the industry. The successful development of Winter Park Village in Winter Park, Florida set CLP on a narrowly defined course of mixed use lifestyle development as "creating a place that provides a consistent mixed-use lifestyle environment where people can live, work, shop and be entertained." CLP is proud of the places it has created. Our philosophy is to try to understand the vision of the community in which we develop and tailor our development to be consistent with that vision.

Casto Lifestyle Properties is committed to "creating exciting places to live, work, shop and be entertained" in every project it develops. To us this means creating a lifestyle environment that offers convenience to those in the marketplace whether they shop or reside or work within our developments. These venues offer convenience to the consumer which is all important.
